This CD to me has a much more diversity then the previous two CD’s. There’s the heavy songs like “Good to Go”, “Barbary Coast” and “Structural Damage”, the new age influenced songs like “Sacred Ground” and Dreamland”, and the humorous country feel like, “Smokey Mountain Drive”. We recorded it outside of Orlando, FL at Steve’s new farm and finished the drums in a little over a week. We decided to program songs like “Native Dance” and “Dreamland” the latter being programmed by Steve. For “Native Dance we were going for that ZZ Top programmed sound which was always a bit tricky to duplicate live.
